Each product includes clear usage instructions on the label. Some are meant for topical application, while others are brewed like tea for internal and external use. 

Yes. Our formulas are designed to complement each other, but we always advise starting with one and introducing others gradually to monitor your body's response.

All Arviva products are handcrafted in small batches in the U.S., using ethically sourced ingredients from trusted herbal suppliers.

Herbal wellness products like ours are not required to be FDA approved. However, we follow strict quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure safety and consistency.
